How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- We will process and ship your order the same day or within 1-7 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location, as we can't control the speed.
- Being free shipping, the arrival time is between 40 and 60 business days, countries of Latin America or very remote can take up to 90 working days. If you have not received your order in that period, you will receive a refund once you have notified our representatives.

Where do you ship from?
- We ship directly from the manufacturer (Bangladesh or Chine). We have multiple fulfillment centers if you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately. We also have a warehouse in the U.S.A.
What is the delivery time with the collaborations of global brands?
- Collaborations with global brands have their shipping agency and each brand has its delivery time, either by FedEx, UPS, USPS, additional shipping information is available during the payment process.
For free shipping, deliveries usually take 40 to 60 business days. Countries of South America or very remote, can take up to 90 working days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used and the same condition in which it was received must also be in its original packaging.
You must send photos of the item received, where the product is viewed from several angles.
Being our online store, we have specific descriptions to choose the sizes corresponding to the length of your foot. BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SIZE, our sizes are Chinese and we do not make refunds for a size error
Returns are only made for manufacturing defects or very noticeable imperfections if the product is produced within 30 days after delivery.
If you return your product to us in poor condition, used or damaged to obtain a refund, we will not refund and the product you send will be discarded. That is the reason why you have to send the photos of the details to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the product back to us.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
